I wanted to write to express my deep thanks and appreciation for Aidan Collyer at your Glenbrook office, whom I had dealings with in relation to 24 Birdwood Ave Winmalee. Aidan was consistently highly professional throughout the process with myself and my family. While he was looking out for the best interests of the vendor, his client, he was none the less, at the same time with us as prospective buyers, highly professional, approachable, thoughtful, very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. I especially appreciated when he anticipated I needed guiding through the different steps of the buying process as I was unfamiliar with them. Aidan was never impatient, arrogant or unkind which is something I have been party to and witnessed with other agents, unfortunately. He made the whole process as dignified, positive and easy as possible, something neither my family nor I have experienced to that extent in the past. I would be more than happy to purchase a property through Aiden and he will always be my first choice for an agent to sell any future properties I may need to sell in the future.
