Hawkesbury Heights is one of the smallest towns within the Blue Mountains with a population of just over 400 residents.
The little township offers the spectacular “Hawkesbury Lookout” which provides visitors with views over the Nepean River to the Penrith International Regatta Centre, the vast plains to Sydney and the bushland below.
The winding drive from Hawkesbury Lookout along Hawkesbury Road takes visitors through to neighbouring suburbs of Yarramundi, Agnes Banks, and then on to Richmond.
