We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone with a strong passion for real estate, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a client base by networking and building relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct property inspections, provide expert advice and negotiate sales.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A current Assistant Agent Certificate/Real Estate Licence or willingness to obtain one.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for real estate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle.
