Named after an original cottage in the area, Glenmore Park is one of Penrith City’s largest housing development estates.

Located south of Jamisontown and South Penrith with its boundary being the M4 Motorway, Mulgoa and the Northern Road, the area remained rural until the council allowed the redevelopment. The estate was officially opened in February, 1990 and since then development has been carefully planned to cater for the social, economic and recreational needs of its residents.

From the 90’s through to the year 2000, Glenmore Park was the most sought after area for those who dreamed of building a new home. This demand pushed buyers from other more established areas like South Penrith, as they opted for the vacant land available in the new suburb of Glenmore Park.

Today, Glenmore Park is completely equipped with all the modern facilities including its own shopping centre, Woolworths, bakery, doctors surgery, several cafes and restaurants. Full of parks, schools and community facilities, this area will continue to grow as so many desire the family lifestyle, yet wish to be close the M4 Motorway.

With numerous land and stage releases to date, from the highly sort after Stage One location, to popular Blue Hills, and the latest release of Mulgoa Rise, year after year, the entire estate will continue to grow and evolve as it is a desired location to live, invest and raise a family.
