One of the smallest suburbs in the Penrith Valley, Regentville is nestled on the eastern bank of the Nepean River through to Mulgoa Road, bordering Glenmore Park.

Regentville is named after the original property in the area owned by Sir John Jamison. A town with historic beginnings today is a suburb of less than 1,000 residents. There are properties on acres and homes on good sized residential blocks. In fact, local love the location that older properties and being knocked down and rebuilt.

With direct access to the Nepean River, yet still very much a rural village, tucked away from the main stresses of city life yet close to all the modern conveniences of city living.
