Allison and I would like to thank everyone involved in selling our home in Grassmere Ave, which has enabled us to pursue our sea-change on the NSW south coast, something we’ve been aiming to do for years. Thanks in particular to the efforts of Brett, we are able to do so in relative comfort, in what we acknowledge is a particularly tricky market at the moment.
Everyone we interacted with was highly professional, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the whole process. The video, photos and online presence were all completed to a high standard and everyone was courteous with timing for inspections etc, given we had to often corral a couple of kids and an over excited dog out of the way!
Brett clearly knew his stuff and guided us through each stage in a down to earth, supportive manner. He quickly gained our trust so we had full confidence in him when it came to negotiating the final sale price – which to be honest isn’t our strong point! Brett had a couple of opportunities to take an easy path out, but persisted and secured a price that we feel very lucky to have achieved.
Receiving contact from Jim himself gave us feeling of a genuine commitment to service – it doesn’t cost much, but those small touches and Brett’s continued contact are the things that garner trust, which was important to us when facing the biggest transaction of our lives.
