Vacate Notice
If vacating please print off the attachment and ensure that all parties stated on the lease have signed the form and either post, fax or hand deliver to the Jim Aitken and Partners office that manages the property you currently lease. If emailing please ensure that the document is signed before scanning with all signatures that are required.
Please note that this notice will start effectively from the date received by your Property Manager. We suggest that you contact the office and confirm this notice has been received. We do not accept verbal notices.
