Jim Aitken & Partners Community BBQs

At Jim Aitken & Partners we aspire to support our local community with local events, and to provide assistance to those charity organisations, sporting groups, schools and other local people that are looking to raise funds or to simply make a positive contribution to our community. In order to support this aim, we have several corporate barbecues that we lend to the public for use at their community events. We have a selection of barbecues on offer, some with a fridge facility and some without, however all come on a trailer making transport to your venue a breeze.In order to book one of our community barbecues, you will be required to supply:

Personal details as to the person/s responsible for the barbecue
Organisation name, event details and venue details
Copies of the organisation’s Public Liability Insurance (usually referred to as the Certificate of Currency)

Once the necessary information is provided we can prepare and forward you the barbecue paperwork which is to be signed by you and returned to our Glenmore Park office. All paperwork and other required documents are to be returned at least seven days prior to your booking and the return of such documents confirms and holds your booking.

There is no cost to borrow one of the Jim Aitken & Partners Community Barbecues. We do ask for a $25.00 gas contribution in order to cover the cost of supplying the full gas bottle however you are not required to re-fill the gas bottle prior to you return such.

We do insist that any barbecue borrowed is to be washed thoroughly with hot water and detergent after use ensuring that it is ready for the next group to use.
